The Ultimate Collection is a career-spanning 6-LP vinyl box set released in 2017. The set consists of Evanescence's three studio albums, the commercial debut of the demo album Origin, other previously unreleased songs on Lost Whispers, containing the long-sought tour intro "Lost Whispers" and a remake of the song "Even In Death" from Origin, as well as artwork and other rarities.[1]

The first 400 physical copies were signed by Amy Lee.[1] Due to the postponement from December 9, 2016 to January 2017, she also signed and sent out exclusive posters immediately to those who pre-ordered the box set.[2]

The collection contains a variety of exclusive Evanescence merchandise:[1]

  • A glow in the dark slipcase with a die-cut of the signature Evanescence 'e' logo.
  • The 6 LP set (vinyl records).
  • A 52 page casebound book filled with photos, handwritten lyrics and art.

Note: On the reissue of Evanescence, "End of the Dream" was renamed to "The End of the Dream." On Lost Whispers, "New Way to Bleed" was renamed to "A New Way to Bleed." Both are legal titles.
