"You Got A Lot To Learn" is an unreleased song by Evanescence. It was supposed to be included on their self-titled third album, but it's unclear whether the song was just a working title or scrapped altogether.

On March 23, 2010 on Steve Lillywhite's Radio Show, Amy Lee revealed that the first song they were to start working on that day for their next album would be called "You Got A Lot To Learn." It featured "special drums" by Questlove.[1] His involvement on the album was hinted by Amy on Twitter when she posted a photo of him tracking drums on March 5, 2010.[2] She tweeted him saying "it was an honor" to have him in the studio.[3]

The song didn't make the final cut on the third album and remains unreleased to date. In 2015, Lee confirmed she owns the scrapped original recordings for the third album and plans to rework, finish some and keep a couple to herself.[4]

I've believed, mostly alone, in this damaged little handful of unfinished recordings for five years -- and for the first time, I own them. I plan to finish some, re-do some, and probably keep a couple to myself.
